Vibration issue

Hi, anyone had a transmission vibration issue with the 2015 High Country 6.2 8 speeds, its drive awful between 25 to 40 mph, especially when it’s cold.

Sounds like Torque Convertor shudder. Have you had it to dealer recently for software upgrade?

The Dealer upgrade the software and it has been with them for almost 3 months. They decide to change the gearbox, but I refuse and asked for new one because the car only done 1300 miles.
