Just wondering if anybody is using dynabeads in their truck? I used them in my motorcycles and even put them in my trailers tires. I loved them in my bikes and made my trailer pull really smooth. Just curious if anybody is using them in their trucks tires.

I had them in my 305/45r22. Not sure if they were installed wrong or if they aren't made for this size of tire, but they were horrible. Every time I took a turn my truck would shake like crazy. I took it back and had them do a road force balance with weights. They claimed the beads had been clumped up with tire lube, but I did some research and found it was common for people to have the same issue.

I use counteract balancing beads. They are tiny glass beads that won't clump.

Counteract is clear glass beads about 1/16" in diameter.

Now that I think about it more I cant remember what brand they were, they just threw the bags in and said they would break open on their own if that helps any. Either way I walked away with the mentality that beads are no where near as good as a real static balance.

A little late to the party...

I ran Equal (horrible results) and dynabeads (excellent results) in LT tires. The dynabeads netted me over 100k miles out of a set of Michelins.
