Rear door window replacement for 2014 silverado double cab

My window was busted out at the dirt track races this weekend. I have one on order, but don't know the procedure for removing the door panel and replacing the glass. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.

Why aren't you putting this through insurance? Many states have zero deductible for glass and it doesn't count against you for making a claim.

I have Nationwide insurance

 

I have a free glass claim and technically it doesn't count against me for making a claim. Although it does ding me for my vanishing deductible, as it will reset that. My policy has a $750 deductible and current have a $100 instead due to no claims. I paid out of pocket for two windshield chips because it seemed better to pay $150 than reset my deductible back to $750

 

Also depending on the wording of your policy, that glass coverage may only be a front windshield
