Expanded headlight recall for GM vehicles now at 180K

General Motors is expanding a recall for headlights that can overhear and fail, causing the lights to go out. The expanded recall adds the Buick Lacrosse and Pontiac Grand Prix from years around 2005-2007. The Canadian model Buick Allure is also included. Prior models included in the recall included the Chevrolet Trailblazer, GMC Envoy and Buick Rainier Trailblazer EXT and GMC Envoy XL. You can check your own vehicle to see if it is included on this recall at this GM Recall Checker. In our research we noticed that the Buick models also seem to be covered by the ignition switch recall, which should already have been dealt with.
