Easy questions for the Experts here? Help the new guy

Hey guys I new to the forum and the past couple of days have lived on here looking at post on mods, issues, likes, dislikes ect. I got a couple of easy ones. 1. This is a dumb one but easier to ask than go look but What is the button next to my window lock button and under the back window button? It's a stick person or little man on there. Child lock?

2. This one really bothers me. It's about the memory programming seats. The owners manual says that the key fobs are not numbered but I should be able to use the key fobs for 2 different drivers. When I unlock the doors with the fob the seats should automatically adjust for the driver according to which fob is used but mine does not do anything. I have to get in and hit the button. What am I missing?

1. Rear child lock. Got stuck in the back of one on a test drive.

2. I don't think the fobs have done anything with the seats for years. But I don't have memory seats so I don't know.

Set both seats very differently like #1 all the way back and #2 all the way up. move seat to the middle and shut the door. Grab a fob, hit unlock, and see which way the seat moves.

When I hit unlock on either fob nothing happens. The seats do not move. I set the memory opt. 1 and opt. 2, had both fobs with me, tried both but nothing happens. Checking those sites now, ember. Thx

very helpful. Thx. I think my problem is I can not find where to turn ON/OFF memory recall.

Don't take this wrong, but read your manual. It's the best place to start in this situation. It SHOULD outline what is, and what isn't, possible and guide you through the process. If you can't get it to work, make a trip to the dealer.

I'm thinking there is an option to adjust seats on key fob in your settings.

No man no problem. yes I recognized that this was from the manual and was just letting you know that I appreciated it. I have looked it over and even went back to that section. Sometimes things are in areas of the manual and I thought maybe it was covered somewhere else and I missed it. I am also on vacation and just have been on here a lot since I have found the forum. I am going back to the dealer but not for at least a couple of weeks. My closest dealer is 45 mins away and still wouldn't go by the dealer (unless maybe they were on my way home) until I consulted with someone I thought already may know with out making a special trip to the dealer. No big deal, not being a prick or anything Just letting you know. But I will check out the manual 1st.

that was it. There were several options in the manual I didn't even know the vehicle would do under instruments and controls section but never could find the in the options menu and in the manual it would say "needs to be turned on" but I never saw where to turn it on and was getting frustrated on where to turn these things on. WELL, I found that section last night with other options while poking around in all the menu option. I think it was setting....VEHICLE.....AND under that I found several things I have been trying to figure out.
