Curbed my wheel

Recommended Posts

Hey guys! Curbed a wheel like an idiot. I have a 14 all terrain and was curious if any of you know of a place that sells take off wheels. Or if any of you have had experience using a repair company?

Thanks!

For alloy wheels, ask the dealers in your area who they use. I've had a couple of dealers send wheels out as part of a transaction for a used car that had scrubbed up rims and they came back looking like new.

depends how bad it is for repair since the wheels are machined not painted. I curbed my a/t wheel, luckily not that bad, the repair place had to put it on a lathe to remove the damaged part

I would check with a local auto body shop, the one I work at in the summer sends out OEM wheels to get refinished/repower repowdered/fixed. I'm not sure if all shops do it, but it's worth a shot.

search craigslist ... plenty of local wheel repair guys. I know your pain... I curbed one AT wheel pretty good.... the guy made it look new in about an hour.
