How long are GMC private offers good for?

I received the pop up $1500 private offer last week on the GMC website....it said it expired May, 2

I was worried if it would stack with all of my incentives, but it did no problem....

$1500 GMC Private Popup offer from website

Supplier Pricing (which reduced price to approx $800 back of invoice, also reduces doc fee to $75....from $449 at this dealer)

MSRP of Truck $50,880

Thanks for the info realralfy.

I was set on buying a 2016 gmc sierra slt crew cab within the next month or two. However, i'm having serious doubts about buying it now, since I've read about the shake problems.

Are most of you members, happy with your trucks and shake-free?

This would be the largest vehicle purchase I've made, and would like to have peace of mind.

Thanks for the information everyone. I've been trying to get the PO so fingers crossed! Going in to pick up my Sierra 1500 Denali on Monday morning.

The residuals on these things are just insanely high right now.. 73% for 36 mo - 30k mile lease.. 72% 36k mile lease.. If I can get this PO it will absolutely push my monthly under $400 with nothing down. nuts for an almost $60k truck.

I'd like to know too. GMC website says $4k down on a Denali lease....

Posted

MSRP - $58,010

+$52,085 Employee/Friends family discounted price

+ 595 Acquisition Fee

- $1,500 Lease Conquest Discount (I currently lease a car of a different brand)

- $1,500 Private Offer Discount

- $500 Something else I can't remember

$49,180 Total truck cost

6.25% Sales Tax (Taxed on entire value of vehicle for leases in Texas... which stinks)

0.00148 = GM Financial Tier 1 Money factor for Denali.. I have a list of all the money factors.. if they try to charge you more than this on a Denali they are upcharging

0.00148 = 3.55% APR for anyone whose curious.. multiply MF by 24 to get APR

$42,347 = 36 Month Residual.. (see bottom of post for all residuals)

So with taxes spread over my payments (aka no money down for taxes), the final payment would to... $415.

This is all assuming 36 month lease with 10k miles per year.

The residuals are as follows for 36 month leases

73% = 30,000 Miles

72% = 36,000 Miles

70% = 45,000 Miles

These residuals are only good for the next few weeks though. A new set of numbers comes out in early May if I am remembering correctly, and I have a strange feeling those are going to be dropping quite a lot.. I've got no idea why they are that high right now, but it sure makes for excellent leases!

Also if you're leasing in any state where Tax is not levied on the sales price of the vehicle.. your price will be ~$50 lower. perhaps more.

As a side note, I know if you're in Illinois then there is a dealership that's got the trucks marked down even further than I got mine. I think with the right tax situation and competitive incentives a ~$300-$350 lease is possible. Got quoted $485 for another $58k truck in LA with Texas sales tax included.. The deals are definitely out there!

If anyone gets a Chevy offer and doesn't need it, I'd appreciate it if you PM'd me. I'm waiting to get one before I purchase.

I offered up my Chevy PO's a few months ago, so I'm hoping karma pays me a visit.

  • If am looking for a GMC PO if anyone gets one and would be willing to send it my way please PM me. I am looking at a 6.2 SLT. I am definitely going to be buying a truck by the end of the month before my approval from my credit union expires. The dealers are allowed to enroll a few more trucks into the 15% off promotion on the 16th. Thanks!!
