I've been trying for days for a Chevy and todays D-Day...I am now begging.

 

Can anyone help me out?

Looking for a Chevy PO. I take delivery tomorrow afternoon so if anyone comes upon one let me know. I can throw you a free 5.3 Engine cover for your truck if you dont have one and the code works. You can see my "engine bay got you down" thread if you want to know what I am talking about.

Does anybody know if you can stack a $1,500 private off with the 20% summer sell down, and the other current rebates?

When you guys are posting that you are looking for a PO it would be helpful if you noted whether it is for Chevy or GMC. We might be able to guess from the vehicle in your current profile, but some people have been known to bounce between brands.

 

I have found that when I stumble upon a PO and I go back to offer it to someone who hasn't specified what brand that I have the wrong brand. If I have the right brand the PO popup may expire before I get the info to fill out the PO. These things just don't hang around. They come and they go quickly. I have been lucky enough to get 2 for myself this year and about 4 or 5 for other people on this forum. I make these suggestions to help you guys get what you want. ;)

I could have swore I put 16 Silverado, but did not apparently. I agree, that would be pretty helpful...

Long time lurker (and future GMC Sierra owner) here. I have a Chevrolet Private Offer up right in front of me. I am willing to give this away as an act of good faith when I need a GMC one in the next month or so. Apparently 2017's are already being produced and getting on lots?

I had a 2016 2500hd Chevy LTZ ordered. Dealer could not get it built and I need a truck. that was in April. Now I have found a truck. Making a deal today, will take delivery this week. If anyone has a private offer for Chevy 2500hd I would really appreciate it big time. I can not seem to get one. only a "request quote" box.

poling45, not sure if this is too late, but I was able to use the private offer, an offer from my gm card and all rebates that were available for June.

Can anyone get me a GMC private offer? I'm flying out Saturday morning to STL to get my Sierra from Laura! Dealers around me in VA were too busy picking their jaws off the floor at the prices, so I'm using some miles to make a deal.

I would guess that all GMC & Chevy Private Offers have been allocated for July. You have to try and get them in the middle of the month. That is typically when they release them and depending on demand last about 10 days before they run out.

I hope not, but I have been on there most of July looking for the PO's. I have been able to get 3 Chevy ones but zero GMC ones. I'm guessing there is no equivalent "trick" of going to Camara Build & Price like it was with Chevy that got me one fairly easily.

      Why does Mobil Premium cost 90 cents a gallon more than Shell Premium when their regular offerings are but pennies apart?

      Was all the way down to $3.69 a gallon but then jumped back to $3.99 just because for some reason.   Diesel floats between $4.80's to $5.10ish a gallon. I even saw Diesel #1 for $6.09 today but nobody in there right mind even buys that in the summer.

      Mine just keeps lagging or getting stuck on the reverse camera. When I turn off the truck, get out, and close the door it will still stay on. It’s very intermittent and I would not be able to duplicate the issue.

      I was checking out fuel prices at my farm fuel retailer at their pumps and yes the farm price is a bit lower than the non dyed fuel and was glad to see that the regular farm gas price has dropped a lot from what it had been but what blew me away was the price of diesel as the spread now compared to before the prices went up earlier in the year, diesel was actually slightly lower than gas which was a switch from the theme the last number of years. However that sure isn't the theme lately and definitely not right now. The prices I will post are not from that retailer but just looking at gasbuddy for the main city in this area and instead of posting the lowest price someone found I will list the higher price ( and that may not be the highest price, just whatever someone posted on gasbuddy ).   So regular gas and there are a lot of stations listing the same price for regular is 1.68 a liter, premium 2.00 a liter. Diesel 2.03 a liter for a top price I saw on diesel.   Figures out to 6.36 a us gallon Canadian funds for regular and 7.68 for diesel. With the US exchange rate it would be 4.58 us for regular and 5.53 for diesel.    Thought I would figure that out to get a picture of what it settles out like compared to various US prices and its about the same as the current price in Fairbanks AK as Anchorage tends to be lower. So yes, these would be the prices and higher along the way on the Alaska highway where they know they have a captured market !, for fuel prices for those beginning the long drive back to the lower 48   The problem is our Canadian dollar and going to the states that have the high prices, boy do we pay then !

      Just wanted to get a idea of how many of you still have problems with your radio cutting out during the first few minutes of driving, my 2024 GMC Sierra still does this after a little over 2 years of complaining to my dealer about it, and OTA updates no longer complete, the check for updates in settings is greyed out for the second time while trying to install a update, my dealer took about a week to play around with it the first time this happened, and somehow got the check for updates to work, even though it would always show system is up to date when I knew it wasn't, now again 1 month later its greyed out again when the OTA update N25-F163BU tried to install, which ironically is the update to help with reliability of future updates.
