Power adjustable pedals are also standard on SLT and optional on SLE.

On Silverado they are optional on LT and above.

Only flack given if you do not buy one.

Were you able to find out any more info today?

I stopped by the GMC dealership since it was convenient, sales guy was absolutely clueless about any promotions they had going on. The truck did have a telescopic wheel and was much better after adjusting it.

Local Chevy dealer says they are currently out of the color I'm looking at, I've found some other dealers not to far away that have the truck on their website... Just a matter of getting a deal I'm happy with now.

My GMC has a telescoping lever above the steering wheel tilt lever, not sure if this is in all the trims though

OP if you posted your location someone on here might be able to point you in the direction of a good salesperson.

I found this is the most comfortable truck I have ever driven. I have no regret what so ever. I absolutely love the looks of the interior and exterior.

I agree, just traded in my 2011 Chevy, and I am impressed with all the changes they made in 4 years. The interior is stunning and the ride and how quiet the cab is really is great

Good to hear. As someone else mentioned, if you choose to post a general location, some members may be able to point you to where they went or save you a few dollars.

It's funny that's what they do for a living and they don't know the rebates!!!that's probably the top selling point they have.

In some cases the salesman may not know anything. In others the finance office does not want their sales staff promising X dollars off.

Have noted a few that the sales person is only to get the customer into that finance office & let them take over.

It is not how I would want to purchase a vehicle, but some dealers are set up that way.

I'm in the California Bay Area, I've been looking all over northern California though. Dealers are really pushing that the incentives are ending next week. I don't like being pressured, I'm sure there will be a Thanksiving sale, then a year end/Christmas sale.

Do you guys think its possible to get 11k below MSRP on those sales or is this promotion too good to pass up?

I got $11k off my truck, I honestly don't think you can expect to do any better than that. Check out truecar to see what others have paid, it should give you a good idea

I do not have telescoping steering wheel, but I do have adjustable pedals.

I didn't notice the wheel was a reach (5'-10" tall, too). If it was, I assumed it was from not having a truck for a while. Maybe adjustment on tilt would help, too.

Power pedals are nice. This option keeps my wife from moving the seat when she (rarely) drives truck.

I test drove Rams and GMC's when looking for my truck (2015 F150's weren't out yet) and I found the GMC to be Waaaaaayyyy more comfortable for me than the Ram. I'm 5'11", 150lbs and the Ram felt like I was driving a Mack Truck around. I even slid around the seat on turns in the Ram.

My buddy just bought a Ram and I'm 5' 11" and a whopping 190lbs and I noticed that truck to feel that way.The Poor guy weighs 150lbs soaking wet and can barely hold onto the steering wheel :loser:. I asked on our way up to deer camp this year (we took my truck) which truck he would rather take off road and without skipping a beat he said mine because it felt more controllable and smaller.
