When driving at night is it possible to turn off the screen? Or to dim the screen only and not the instruments?

It can be shut off through the settings menu .....pretty sure you hit display

Thanks I'll have to take a look. To bad there isn't a quick off or dim button. I could just use the small info screen on trips.

 

I am also struggling with my Radio icon on the home screen. I accidentally dragged it to another screen and am unable to bring it back to the first screen with all the other icons. Very annoying.

You can turn off the screen but you have to go through all the settings. I really wouldn't recommend it assuming you want to turn off the screen while driving.

go to settings to Display On /Off but it will come back on if change volume or channel on radio, also will dim a little with Dash Light dimmer control

I found it to be way to bright, total bs that it doesn't have a separate dimmer then gauges, went to dollar store and bought a screen protector, got a piece of tint from buddy, problem solved, it would actually give me a headache before

^^^ It is bright & should have a separate dimmer! The tint is a good idea. In all honesty, it doesn't bother me so much, but my wife hates it!

 

It is simple enough togo into the settings and turn off the display. But who doesn't change the volume or channels often? So that doesn't solve the problem.
