I recently found a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT CC 5.8ft 4WD. With the SLT CC Value pack, a Sunroof , Bose and the 6.2L for $42,782.

Is this a good deal?

Do you think I would be able to get a better deal on this truck?

 

Also is the 2016 That large of a difference to make me want to purchase the 16 over the 17?

I'm still driving my tundra and don't know if I want to start dumping money in upgrades on that!

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes that is a good deal! Especially for a 6.2 with the SLT features and sunroof.

 

You will pay a lot more for a 2016 model.

What is the MSRP on the truck? Sounds like a really good deal, my guess is the MSRP is near $52k?

 

The 2016's basically have a new grill and upgraded infotainment system (radio with more bells and whistles). The one option the new 2016's have that I would have wanted are the optional power folding side steps.

 

I think the 2016's look fine and will grow on me, but I would not pay $8k more for one...

That is a good deal considering it's about $9,700 below MSRP, which you didn't mention in your post.

Good deal for sure, they have 10k off a max tow 6.2 bye me but it has bench seat not console
