2016 6.2L constraints

Received a call from my dealer today and my build date is April 25. I was expecting worse since I placed the order on 2/26.

dealer told me today mine is being built week of may 2nd and delivery first week of june

and i ordered mine jan 19th this sucks but nothing i can do

I am sitting down with my dealer tonight and ordering my truck. He has some rather serious connections and doesn't think it is going to be an issue to get the truck built. We shall see. I expect to take delivery around the 4th of July. America.

Picking my truck up tomorrow. Took 9 weeks to the day to get. Not bad considering some of the stories on here. Supposedly my dealer had a hook.

I was just on the GMC 1500 website to do a build and price. When I chose the 6.2, it would not allow me to chose Denali trim. Constraints again? Or a wonky website.

I just tried it and could select sierra denali with the 6.2
