i trust me dealer i know these guys for years so i hope there doing the right thing

the problem is i sold my 06 silverado in a week

so i have been with out a vehicle since first week of Feb

we'll see what this week brings lol

Mine took 2 months. Coming in on the 22nd. You ordered yours same time, should be delivered anyday.

They told me they don't even have a production date yet

Its just how it is. My buddie ordered a new ram diesel 1/2 ton his took 4 months.

Yes they can't meet production capacity on them.

 

Gas is so cheap everyone is opting for the 6.2L over the 5.3L.

 

There will be allot of 6.2L on the market when gas recovers ha ha.

 

They were not even letting people in Canada order them with 6.2L last month but they are now.

So they must have their production increased now.

A dealer told me 2 weeks ago they only produced 22 6.2Ls for the entire country that week. Seems a bit low, he may have been trying to talk out of wanting one.

I ordered my 6.2L Crew Cab on March 1 and I too do not have a build date. I ordered from the 3rd largest GMC dealer in the nation so you would think they would have allocation to build the truck. I am just hoping at this point I get the truck around Memorial day since that is when they have some good rebates.

Wow I would check on those orders that were made in December and see what is the hold up. I ordered mine in January and was built on Feb 17th and delivered in the beginning of march. Something is holding those up.

So I ordered mine on March 8; 6.2, Crimson Red Tintcoat. Should I have got a TPW yet? I emailed my salesman 2 days ago but i haven't heard back.
