Bad Alignment?

I have dealt with a slight pull to the left since I bought my 2014 silverado new,I took it back to the dealer after about 3 weeks to have it checked out as I wanted to give it a few miles to let it settle in and hope it would go away it didn't they said they would try an alignment but I would have to pay for it and I refused and contacted customer care ,this move got me the alignment under warranty but a bad name at the dealer (will not use customer care again),anyway they said they did the alignment and everything came up green so there was nothing wrong there but if I came back when it wasn't so busy they would try rotating my tires to see if that helped but at my expense,I refused again, so I ended up changing out the tires to michelins as i had planned to do this anyway it did help a bit but the pull is still there on certain road surfaces ,I am going to get an alignment done at a specialty alignment center just haven't got around to it yet, there is no abnormal wear on the tires which would indicate an out of alignment condition,so I am starting to think it is the nature of the beast with the new style electric steering.

I would like to add this is the only thing that I dislike about this truck, other than this minor annoyance this has been an excellent truck with no other problems to speak of with 23000 kms on it and I am sure I can get the pull fixed with a proper alignment which will obviously not take place at my dealer.

Thank you all for your help so far.

I will be canceling my appointment on Tuesday and will just pay a reputable alignment place to center the wheel and double check the actual alignment. Hoping that they will know how to deal with the electric steering. Honestly have never heard of this before posting this thread.

Came from driving a Suburban with 200k miles and seemed more solid driving. Love everything else about this truck though!!

To add insult to injury, I noticed this today. Usually I drive to work early in the morning when it's dark, and drive home when its dark but was running late today and saw this on the pillar with the seat belt because it was light out. Contemplating reporting them to the BBB. Looks like broken plastic pieces and deep gouges in the plastic, probably when they had to remove the seat.

WTF? The interior in my 01 with 307K miles is not that torn and scratched up and it is used as a work truck.

Thanks for all the responses so far guys! I will do a little bit more road test and check it out. As for them centering the wheel, they said they will accomplish this by adjusting the right tire to pull more, therefore pulling the steering wheel "right" to center it.

Glad you are going somewhere else. To center a steering wheel you attach a tool to keep it straight when you loosen the suspension components during the alignment. They would have definitely caused pre mature wear.
