I've considered opening them and retro fitting a projector for some HIDs and adding halos, but I just can't justify the risk. Screwing them up would cost a lot and I'm kind of OCD about my truck so any condensation would drive me nuts. I've also considered getting Anzos but again I would hate any condensation.

270 for 23 minutes per headlight, per TRS guidelines for permaseal headlights. I did my Silverado and Sierra headlights this way, can get the Sierras done in one bake session each headlight at this point

I have a 2014 Sierra and baked mine. I will say that I have a little experience doing this, as I helped a friend do his tundra headlights a while back.

It was very difficult/ huge pain in the a**. If I had to do it again, or help some one do theirs, I wouldn't...

The problem is, no matter how hot you bake them(or for however long), the seal or gasket around the outside stays pretty hard the whole time. So its rough trying to break up the sealant and separate the lens from the housing.

However, i was successful. I painted all the chrome inside black, then successfully re-sealed them. And have not leaked at all.

If you do end up doing yours, just make sure you clean the inside of the lens good before you put them back together.. I made that mistake
