Truck bed flag holder

I need some help, I'm wanting to securely attach 2 flags to the bed of my truck without doing any permeant damage. I want it to be positioned in the bed just behind the cab of my truck, not on the or next to the tailgate. I need it to be able to withstand atleast 75mph driving and to be removable. I want to fly an American flag and Texas flag both will be 3x5ft in size. Thanks for any and all help.

He misspoke, he wants 3 flags, the third will be a confederate! lol.

 

but on a serious note I'm in for the comments. I already drilled a hole in the back of my bed to mount flag poles. Have one side done, just waiting to finish the other side. I need to order flags so it makes me finish haha
