I like blacked out grill better so I put some vinyl tape over the shinny one

Looks good....too much Chrome is never a good thing. GM does put a tad bit too much chrome on these. Great work!

car wash should be fine, I haven't seen problem regarding other people washing their vinyl wrapped cars / truck

 

but then I only do hand wash

Looks good. I plan on vinyl wrapping my bumpers this weekend. Hopefully it all goes well and looks good.

I did the same with grille, bumpers, and headlight trim. It looks way better color matched and all blacked out!

now you guy's got me thinking about this . but the only chrome I have on the truck are lug nuts , cross bars on the grill ????
