I upgraded from a '98 K1500 work truck and I love my 2015!

 

There are two pet peeves I have so far:

1) when you adjust the radio volume, the screen changes so you can't see the station, etc.

2) why in the heck doesn't the tailgate lay flat with the rest of the bed? This hasn't caused me any issues yet, but my old truck was completely flat. On the new one, if you lay a long board in the bed, it rests on the far end of the gate and has a gap under it near the hinge. Why would this be designed this way?

Really? That doesn't make sense. I hope its not like that on the '16 I ordered.
