Remote Start, No AP8 (long range two way)

Hey Guys, Quick question

 

Can anyone recommend a good long range, two way, remote start?
(truck does not have the AP8 code)

 

I'm getting kind of old and would like to install one of the new "plug and play" types that I've been reading about

 

I have one in my 96 Impala SS and it works through 3 cinderblock walls over 100 feet away, can't see the car from there so the two way confirmation is nice !!

 

I bought it from Directed electronics back in the day (http://www.directed.com/) They are like the main company for a bunch of the best alarms and remote starts

Get a compustar rsg6-gm and their t11 remote. The remote is all but bullet proof and offers up to 3 miles of range. The rsg6-gm is their t-harness so plug and play almost all of the wires.

 

That series truck is my favorite for the plug and play compustars... 20 minutes and I'm in and out including flashing the firmware and taking a few drinks of mountain dew.

 

 

Also the t11 remote is compustar pro so only select dealers will carry it.. and the remote alone retails for $300..... others they offer a few with 1 mile range that will cost between 150 and 200....
