I have a 2017 SLT and my turn signal is not LED or in the DRL like the Denali.

Is this something I would need?

You would need something different. you may just be able to do a straight swap. This harness good from the old style connector to the new style connector.

Skully86, you probably have HID lamps instead of LED. Do you have the little GMC logo next to the the projector lens? If not, you have HID. You would need to swap to LED headlamps to get turn signals in the led bars.

Replied to your PM. If you have a 17 SLT you have LED headlights

Ok so I just finished my light install thanks to Vann. Here's a video of the lights...

Here's a few pics...

Also, the resisters get hot so I had to think about where to mount them. I wanted to be able to get the harness out without removing my entire front end again if I needed to for any reason. I ended up pop riveting them to the bottom of the metal plate for the air box and the top of the empty metal plate on the driver's side. This way nothing gets melted. Here's a few pics...

If you go this route use stainless pop rivets. Aluminum ones will break over time.

Thanks!!! Nice work and good idea on the resistors..

Thx! Anyone installing these with the resisters should know that the resisters get pretty hot. Hot enough to burn you and melt plastic so make sure you attach it somewhere on metal and away from anything that could melt...
