Houston, we have a problem

Went to leave for a meeting at 10.

 

Truck did not start first two turns of the key.

 

Third time it started. DIC Service Power Steering message.

 

Check Engine Light came on.

 

Go to drive away and it is sluggish... I only have 4th gear.

Drove 20 miles to the meeting, came out 2 hours later.

 

Check Engine Light still on but now have all my gears...

 

WTF will I find when I go to the dealership?

My guess would be a lot of cars for sale, a service department, a parts department and people that are going to repair your truck.

Since the CEL came on, there is a code(s) stored. They can repair it, give them a chance.

Lol....best answer that can be given. Are we fortune tellers here or able to see the future? Seriously OP take your truck to the dealer and have them look at it, hopefully it's covered under warranty.

Same thing happend to my 2016 the other day. If you get a chance, let me know what the dealer said. Im out of town and havent dropped mine off yet.

They found a lot of lost communications codes in storage.

Did they say what caused the codes? Battery, ground, etc...

pretty funny answers here however, I believe another member had a problem similar to this issue from the sounds of it. His diagnosis was his TCM i believe which apparently caused havoc on his electronics.
