EZ drop tailgate broken

There was a plastic piece for the passenger side of the tailgate that broke apart the other day. The passenger side is for the ez drop. The drivers is for the ez lift.

Does anyone know where to get the part or if the dealer will warranty it?

55k miles.

More specifically the plastic piece is supposed to be here. Looks like a horse shoe.

Warranty ended at 36k. Just replace it and move on,

That's the bushing for the 2013. The 2014 is part number 22966936.

Ah my mistake. GM has too many sketchy parts suppliers that don't keep accurate parts listings. The part must have changed when they went to the ez-lift tailgate.
