Found this broken connector when changing oil

Aw man... It's actually 8qts, not 8.5. GM changed it a while ago.

 

Where is this info? Because 8.5 hits right on the mark on the dipstick? Thanks

The dealer has 8.5 written on my manifold cover and I had to use thinner to remove it. My last change had 8.5 and left oil spots that leaked all in my driveway.....
