BFG All-terrian T/A KO2 or Duratracs?

That's nice! I was pretty set on getting a pair of the KO2's but ended up with the Duratrac's as it was a deal I couldn't pass up. So far it's been a good tire although I've only had them on for about 400 miles. They look sharp though and have been great in the mud that I found with all the rain recently. I'll post some pictures

I just got my new Duratracs put on. They look great and are just as quiet and smooth as the SRAs up to 95mph - I held it there for about a half a mile or so on the freeway. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.

Here are some pictures of the brand new tires - the truck has 30,750 miles on it. I probably could have squeezed another 3,000 or 4,000 miles out of the SRA's, but I think I got a fair deal on these so I just did it.

Looks great man. Did you go with the stock size or what size did you end up with? Yeah so far I'm happy with them. I've heard though after about 10k miles they become a little more noisy but that doesn't bother me if they do

I went with the same stock size the truck came with, 265/65/18. Yes, I have read about a dozen different stories about the noise - some are noisy, some aren't so who knows? - guess we'll find out lol. Seems like rotating the tires regularly prolongs the tire wear,ride and humming noise, I rotate tires at each oil change regardless so with any luck, they'll stay quiet and last longer than the 30,750 miles I got out of the SRAs.

I ditched the lousy Michelin LTX AT2's on my 2500 for BFG AT KO2's. Went from the stock 265/70R18 to next size up, 275/70R18. A world of difference. Superb handing on the rural gravel roads that are a daily deal for me. And a much nicer ride than the Michelins. I need a tire that will cover dry or extremely muddy gravel roads, heavy wet or dry drifting snows for days before the county gets around to clearing the road, off road farm/ranch work. Amazing the world of difference considering Michelin and BFG are the same company. And surprisingly quiet for an aggressive LT tire. Based on my use, long tire life is not really a reality. I need dependability to get me out and back.

I have similar conditions far as living on a dirt road and typical driving in deep snow, but so far I have about 700 miles on these tires and like them a lot. They're smooth and quiet and in the rain, it's like driving on dry ground. I think they'll be just what I was looking for comes snow plowing time!
