Parking Sensor filler?

I'm looking at getting new bumpers down the road for my sierra and came across the fab fours vengeance a while back. I wasn't a huge fan when I first saw it but it's really grown on me and as I plan out my build I'm pretty sure thats the bumper I want.

 

Only problem, both front and back bumpers come ready for parking sensors. I contacted them about making a bumper sans-logo and they said no because mass production, bla bla bla (I get it, they want their logo on their product). That said, they also have the parking sensor holes. From the little research I've done it's basically impossible to add the sensors after the fact (unless I'm wrong).

 

So with that said, does anyone have any ideas on what to fill the holes with? I suppose I could take it to a metal fab and have them filled and recoated, but that seems pretty excessive. I thought about maybe running light LEDs. Haven't really seen that so not sure if it would look sweet or super ghetto.

 

If anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear them. Only thing I don't want to do is after market parking sensors.

Looks like those are only in packs of 1k at the smallest amount, but that isn't a bad idea.
