Intake manifold vs head gasket on 2002 chevy blazer

I have a 2002 chevy Blazer 4.3 liter eng. 6 cyl.and was wondering If a blown intake manifold gasket could b the cause of water going to ok rather than a headgasket.

In this pic, there are 4 ports in each of the 4 corners of the intake galley - 2 are blocked, but 2 of them flow coolant.

 

If that gasket is compromised , not only will it leak air, but it most certainly could leak coolant into the adjacent intake tracts, and get sucked into the combustion chamber when the intake valve opens.

 

As you can see in the pic, there is quite a bit of distance to the nearest intake port, so you'd find it in the crankcase first, I would imagine.
