Rarest Configuration?

You and me both. I was very lucky to find my single cab SLE, especially since it was a leftover 2015 that basically sat for 2 years. Funny thing is that I actually saw this truck new on the lot in 2014, but didn't buy until 2 months ago as basically new lol.

I have once, there was a 2016 GMC Sierra RCLB fully loaded SLE with the 4.3 in Tampa not too long ago. Very rare configuration.

Is the 4.3 harder to find than the 5.3? I'd think having a 4.3 would make it more rare but less desirable

I'm thinking that I have a pretty rare configuration, let me explain why

- 2016 Denali Ultimate (Crew Cab of course)

- Standard Bed

- 5.3 motor

They only started classifying the ultimate in 2016, standard bed on Denali are in the vast minority, and 2016 was the only year that they put the 5.3 in the Ultimate, 2017+ Ultimates are only available with the 6.2.

Heck I can't find a black truck around me that isn't a midnight/blackout edition :rollin:

Blackouts are literally everywhere. I can see why though; they look good and they're cheap.

Only downside is the IOB radio...

My guess would be a RCSB manual 5.3. If they even make a 5.3 with a manual?

Nope no manual. I asked. I also asked if they would put a 6.2 in a RCSB and they said no.

Unfortunately no more manuals for the USA. I'd would have bought one in a heartbeat over the slush box.

I believe my truck is a little uncommon. It is a cc 4x4 with a std bed. It is a loaded SLE with leather. I had not found a truck with so many options but still have the base 4.3 V6 engine. I know it wasn't what others were looking for because it spent 6 months on the lot of a very busy dealership! If it had a truck grade manual transmission, it would be perfect!

Now that would be a bad ass truck, RCSB 6.2 manual !!

If they had a 6.2L with a manual I would have absolutely ordered on in 2WD. I would have been happy with a 5.3L manual combo also.

I was told when I took delivery I was the 3rd in Canada with the exact same truck

2016 gmc sierra slt ccsb 6.2l z71 4x4 with tow package summit white

leather with carbon fibre trim and bolsters, no nav and no carplay because I'm one of the ones that got the $200 credit

And if they had a reg. cab SWB 2wd or 4wd I would have jumped on it! As is, just purchased a 2016 2wd WT auto. I live on the Texas-Mexico border. They still sell the standard cab 2wd 5 speed manual WT right across the river in Mexico. I did investigate what it would take to buy it and bring it across register and all that - don't even think about it, it was overwhelming and could take a year or so, plus lose the warranty, or have it serviced across (dangerous!). I really miss the stick shift! By far, it would be the rarest combo if someone ever got one over here and had it registered.

I have a 2014 RCSB Z71 with 4 wheel drive and the 5.3 motor . I have the convenience package with rear park assist .. led bed lighting and with factory Bridgestone Dueler LT tires . Of course I had to order it. Would never of found this truck on any lot !

Couldn't find my truck on any lot so I had to order it. It's a crew cab LTZ with bench seats, max tow and 5.3 liter 8 speed in silver color. Exactly what I wanted and its awesome. We don't use the jump seat very often, but sure comes in handy sometimes.
