Any experiences with DB exhaust

No, you can remove the entire exhaust without having to cut anything. Just takes a bit of twisting and turning to get the stock system out

One more question lol, I was looking on AutoAnything and when pricing one out for my configuration, they only listed the 5.3L. Would the exhaust be interchangeable between the 5.3L and 6.2L or is there a 6.2 specific part number?

I don't know the answer to that. I have the 5.3 so that's what I ordered. Call the customer service number, they will be able to answer that.
