Is Eckbond worth $300?

Anyone work at a dealership or have any knowledge of this stuff? I get a "military discount" so I was wondering if that makes it a decent deal? I usually claybar and just use wax.

We have extremely hard water where I live and I would love to find a product that would prevent water spots. I am now forced to either hand dry or use my CR Spotless system both are kind of a PIA. So will this eckbond prevent any water spots. Is it for paint and glass?
