Strange. All I have to do is turn off TC and mash the gas and I can spin em all day long on my '15 5.3l. Don't even need to brake stand it.

This just proves that not all trucks are the same.. as you stated only turning off traction control you can spin them.. but not turning off stability track.. you still can hmmm

My 15 would roast them however long with TC off as long as it didnt detect I was sideways, so turning both stability amd TC was a better bet. However, I roasted them into 3rd on cold asphalt with TC off only brake torque. Guess they're all different.

Has to be done every time at start up.. hold the tow haul button for 3-5 seconds
