Not sure when i am going to order one yet probably this coming spring. but i am thinking elite E2 with check valve and maybe the clean side separator? Vs the E2-X.

I am hoping gm doesn't throw a red flag on engine warranty i don't think they should? I also take it to them for service (even though i can probably take it to another shop but I figure take it to them and leave it be. Plus i check my stuff (fluid wise)

Also one more question lets say I forget to empty it whats worse case scenario?

Regarding engine warranty, if you install the can so that disconnecting the PCV lines and restoring to OEM original before going into a dealer, the warranty thing is a non issue. I don't really worry too much about it, but I do have mine set up so I can have it back to stock in a couple of minutes with just a screwdriver if I need to. Then when it comes back out of the dealer, just hook it back together.

Thank you i guess you kept stock hoses?

Where would be an ideal mount? I got that second air box/batt tray thing on drivers side (may put a small box there dont know yet)

Yes. I just cut the PCV hoses and hooked up to them. A screw driver and I can remove those hoses I hooked up, use a small section of hose to hook up the original hose to each other and clamp down. Anyone were to ask, I would state I accidentally nicked the OEM PCV hose and was too cheap to replace the entire thing and just did a simple repair with a section of hose.

Some shady service departments might try to blame it. Mine didn't say anything when I went in earlier this month for my radiator replacement.

Just a quick heads up as we offer a 100% Plug n Play™ Catch Can System for the 5.3L and 6.2L equipped trucks.

UPR Catch Can System does not require any cutting or reusing of factory hoses. UPR proprietary Plug n Play™ Catch Can fittings with Braided lines and not just generic rubber hose shoved over the factory quick connect OEM hose barbs. Also we off the most advanced internal design with multiple stages and chambers that run through a series of filters to give you the very best coalescing properties.

Here is a link to show you the quality of the UPR Catch Can System and what forum members think of the quality and installation. Hope this helps.
