Got these put on this morning. 275/70/18 and not rubbing. Haven't even put my leveling kit in yet. Does 40 PSI sound about right for these?!?

No rubbing at full lock? I was planning on a 2.0 coilover setup, but if I can fit these without that's even better.

Still stock and have all range with no rubbing, thinking of only setting my billstein adjustable shocks in the middle for 1.18" of lift. Leaving some rake, I think it'll still look good and give a better ride.

Was finally able to pry a load / pressure chart on the KO2's (LT "E" 18" versions). Here goes. find your tire size, figure out the weight that you run on them and inflate accordingly. You could always over inflate, but why? You decrease braking ability, traction, etc. Best to use an inflation that more closely matches the load you put on them. That is where the tire OEM has determined the best tire life, best handling, best overall performance, best braking, etc.

And they are killer tires and do a great job for me. I have the same size, 275/70R18 on my 2500. For those on a 1500, 40-45 probably would be more than good enough. I run 55 all the way around on my 2500 (even with snow blade on) and only air up the rear 10 psi more if I will be hauling heavy. But it is 1000 lb heavier than a 1500 right out of the gate. According to the chart, I should be running 55 up front and 65 in rear when fully loaded down. But when empty, I just drop the rear to 55 also. But that flies in the face of what GM says. They want 60 front 70 rear. But that was for the stock tires of the size they had on the pickup, LT265/70R18. And the new ones meet the same load rating pound for pound compared to the stock tires, but do so at 5 psi less. So that is why I don't follow OEM on this one.

Michelin, and by extension BFG which they own, have very good load / pressure charts. I use them religiously on my commercial trucks. Got 447,000 miles out of the last set of 445/50R22.5 tires and they still had 8-9/32 tread left and no uneven wear. Now if we could only get pickup tires to last that long!

I just got on the BFG site and used the contact page and asked them for the load pressure chart for the LT tires in 18". They answered me in about two days and sent the PDF of the chart. You can do the same for the 20's. Just make sure on the contact page that you DO NOT put your vehicle in the location provided. Just leave it blank. Else they will punt the ball back and tell you to use the OEM recommended pressure and not send you the chart.

I just put BFgoodrich KO2s on my truck also. 305/55r/20. They are great tires. I contacted bfgoodrich about what PSI I should run these tires at. After giving them my truck info and tire size they told me 50psi. I drove around for a week with 50psi. They seemed really stiff. Right now I have them at 45psi and they feel A LOT better.
