Plow Question

I disagree that the ballast wouldn't change the sag, because if you put enough weight in the rear it's definitely going to pull weight off the front end and free that capacity up for the plow.

I put a new set of torsion keys on the front to level the truck out for both aesthetic reasons and to help with the weight of the plow doesn't completely fix the problem but it sure helps.

at some point lifting the front end may require a new alignment ..

You're correct. You wanna get the alignment checked after doing it but it's a small price to pay IMO

my nephew cranked his HD torsion bars to Full, and 2 years later all his front suspension components were worn irregularly and needed replacement - not sure why (?) - others have not had that problem, though some have

Cool. I've run my truck across the scale with a trailer that put about 700 pounds tongue weight on the truck. It took about 250 pounds off the front axle in the process. Option D is what I'm doing, although my weight is probably a little too spread out to have maximum effect because it's on a pallet.
