Also, has anyone experienced a vibration in the brake and gas pedals after installing a can?

I have no idea why it would have caused anything like that. I ran crc valve cleaner through it prior to putting the can on.

mine vibrated a bit in the gas the morning after I installed it. I have since reflashed the ecu and reset the LTFTs and it has seemed to have gone away.

That being said I wish we had a document denoting the check valve orientations so I can check if mine are correct.

Just a quick heads up on the arrow and flow direction of the UPR Check Valves. The UPR Check Valves always flow away from the UPR Catch Can and they are installed on the UPR WOT line and the UPR Clean Side Line. The arrow always faces away from the UPR Catch Can.

I just got the PM this morning. Sorry for the late response.

There is a normal amount of rock with the 1.390" UPR Plug n Play™ filler neck fitting due to the valve cover design. I just want to be sure no one received the smaller

earlier GM unit see details below.

If you guys can take a quick measurement on the bottom of the UPR Plug n Play™ filler neck fitting and let me know what the size is to make sure you have the correct fitting.

The diameter should be 1.390" for the 14+ trucks. If you have the 1.320" that is for the earlier GM I will get it corrected right away.

Thank you, Joe

Just checked mine and it's correct. 1.39" and change. Again, all my play is from the plastic tube like I said earlier but just wanted to confirm measurements...it's the engineer in me. Thanks for the info Joe!

Hi Joe,

I just received my kit today and wanted to install the kit this weekend but looks like I might have to get the newer filler neck fitting? This measures at 1 5/16" (1.3125"). I have a 2016 Sierra.

Take a full picture of the bottom without the tape in the way so we can see the receiver channels on each side should be different in size on the larger 1.390" unit and the smaller 1.320" unit has the same size receiver channels on each side. If this is the case I will send out the correct part with a call tag for the part you received. BTW, what size shirt do you wear and I will throw one in for you. We have some really cool new American Flag Team UPR shirts we just came out with.

PM me your invoice number and info to forward it to shipping.

Also I had a question, is there a way to take the can apart? Like I have seen other cans have a bottom half you can unscrew so you can see the oil inside and empty it?

I have updated the design so it never has to be disassembled to be cleaned. The new design can be cleaned very easily by removing the center line on the top and just pour hot water with dish soap in it then drain it then leave the petcock open and simply run one gallon of fresh water through it and it will perform flawlessly. I have been working on the design to be the most efficient and simple to maintain. You don't have to clean it if you prefer not to. But, if you insist then it can be done once a year. The UPR Catch Can internals have been designed to require zero maintenance and last forever. We use Red Loc-Tite on everything to eliminate any assembly issue and be sure it lasts forever.

Many people used to take the systems apart and ruin the UPR Plug n Play™ Fittings and O-rings. So designed the system to be sealed and require zero maintenance to last a LIFETIME.

PM me your invoice number and contact info and I'll get you set up right away. Also, let me know what size shirt you wear and I'll include

it with the correct UPR Plug n Play™ Filler Neck fitting. I'm glad you guys got right back to me so I could straighten this out for you.

Thanks for the fast response.

Already got the invoice for the new part. Thanks for the great service. I understand things happen and I appreciate the fast response to fix it..

I will say the kit is great and super easy to install. The factory connectors really make it look like something that came on the truck to begin with. My only recommendation would be to change the instructions and pictures for installing the CSS.
