I don't mind the look of it, but I'd want something functional too. If I'm going to do that, I mine as well put NOS stickers on my truck haha

Haha yeah well each of those stickers is worth 10 horsepower!

Just wondering if anybody has used or heard anything about this hood?

I just got mine this weekend.  My only concern is that the hood shakes at highway speeds.

Got it and love it. Get complements on it constantly.
Fully functional, blows the air right on my K&N Intake, Heat extractors on the top are functional also.

What about water and such, like driving down the highway in a rainstorm, power washing, etc. would that not go directly to your intake as well? No hate intended, I love this hood I’m just iffy on pulling the trigger lol I mean obviously it’s designed to deal with the elements but yeah

I'm thinking about the 17 hd hood on mine... and yes I know it's not a direct swap... but the 17 hd hood looks good

What do you have to do to get the he hood to fit on without swapping the grill and headlights

What about going with the Diesel hood and CAI parts that come with the Duramax?

I think only Sierra can do the diesel hood without changing anything else. For Silverado you have to swap the whole front end for the Diesel hood
