I use 0W-20 Mobil one advanced, bought the truck in '20 and have probably changed oil 6 times with only 18,000 miles. It's expensive oil at 8 qts. but I figure cheap ins. How much money do we piss away on things we probably don't need! I'm old school and twice a year with moisture and condensation still a real thing, better safe than sorry!

I did some testing on my ram hemi 5.7 out of bunch I have tested 0w40 M1 europium formula FS did very good but valvoline extended protection 5w30 is by far the best oil I have used , I did 2 trips from Detroit to Chicago  one using M1 0w40 the truck returned 24.7 mpg @70 mph the following week I did the same trip using valvoline and I got 25.1 @70, the engine is butter smooth and very quiet on cold start ups using valvoline, I will be using this in my gmc at4 6.2.  corvette 6.2 call for 0w40 our trucks call for 0w20 to my best knowledge the short block is the same apart from cam spec, so 5w30 will do just fine in my new AT4.
