DVD REAR PLAYERS not working

I’ve tried everything and can’t fix my second row TV (2016 Escalade ESV Platinum).

 

The second row TV never turns on. It doesn’t flicker but I changed the ribbon anyways. Didn’t fix it. 
 

I disconnected the battery overnight to let the system reset. Didn’t work.

 

I checked the fuse, it’s fine.

 

I bought a whole new roof mount display unit on EBay, didn’t fix it. Still no power to the screen. The LED lights on the housing light up but not the screen.

 

The third row TV works fine. 
 

I’m out of things to try- hoping someone can help! I bought the vehicle a few months ago and the screen has never worked.
