Radio to phone issues

Trucks a 17, phone is a IPhone 5s, both new in December. At first all was well, I liked the projection. Then that stopped working, now the Bluetooth is getting slower and slower auto connecting. I'll sit in the truck when I first start it, waiting for them to connect, finally I give up. And it won't even try to connect while I'm driving.

Oil change next month, I'm wondering if the truck needs a update.

Try another cable for your IPhone. My carplay quit working and it was just the cable. Not sure about your Bluetooth.

Tried the wife's cable and the wife's phone. Same.

Hi Keith,

We sincerely apologize for the infotainment concerns you've had thus far, especially so early into your ownership. Feel free to send us a private message before your next oil change so we can provide an additional layer of support.

Regards,

Anthony

Disconnect the battery for about a 1/2 hour and see if resetting the radio helps.

If not take it into the dealer.

Are you plugging your phone into the center (armrest/console) or the USB ports in the dash? The one that came with my truck had issues with my devices, replaced it and had no further problems.

No USB in the dash, USB in the armrest charges the phone, but that wouldn't effect the Bluetooth.
