engine rebuild kit??

Hi guys i'm new to the game with old muscle. I have a 1984 C-10 that has a built motor in it unfortunately a bolt of my stud fell down my carb . Can anyone point me in the right direction on what type of rebuild kit to purchase if one is needed like brands vs. reliability but still have my same power while being on a strict budget i really think i just gonna need top end done no shavings in oil. thanks

My recommendation would be to visit a local engine performance/machining shop that does good work and has some knowledgeable folks that can get you the right parts for the engine and that you know you would be installing quality stuff that they build with themselves.
