2017 GMC Denali HD 2500 Diesel pickup arrives Friday!!!&#3

Hey guys,

 

I've posted on here a few times. Great forum with lots of information and bad ass trucks.

 

Just wanted to update on my status:

 

Ordered End of March (2017 GMC Denali HD 2500 Diesel, white w/ black interior)

 

Truck arrived on Wed June 7th.

 

Having installed this week: 6" Pro Comp lift, Nitto Trail Grappler's 325/60/20's on factory chrome rims, 350 Yeti Tundra will go in the bed and take the place of a tool box, 15% ceramic tint, and ceramic coating of the entire truck!

 

Truck will be ready for pick up this coming Friday June 16th.

 

Can't wait. This will be my first truck. Excited is an understatement. Can't wait to post pics.

I came very very close to going with a HD truck solely because I wanted that cool hood scoop. I rarely tow so I did not NEED it at all. After driving several of them a bunch of miles I just could not get the hood scoop cool factor to make me accept the rough ride and the diesel engine maintenance schedule LOL. Just picked up my 2017 GMC 3500HD. Added torklift tie downs, after market camera system by Echomaster. Working on getting this tailgate off to load my truck camper. The assist is giving me issues.

UPDATE.

 

Pics will come tomorrow. I went to pick up the truck on Friday. I had originally went with Nitto Trail Grappler 35's, but they didn't look like i wanted. I had the tire company order 37's in the same tire. The truck is being delivered tomorrow after lunch. I will post pics of the truck then. Stay tuned.

Excellent, so what are we looking at here, 6" pro comp, what shocks. 37" Trail Grapplers, wheel specs, or are those stock!!?? Nice truck man.

6" Pro Comp lift, 37x12.50x20 Nitto Trail Grappler tires on stock rims.

Any rubbing in the back? Looks like they trimmed the valence some. Did they put spacers on, because it seems like they stick out more than stock normally does? Could just be the tires though.

Only minor rub with full turn. Other than that....drives like a dream. Surprising how quiet and smooth the ride is. VERY PLEASED
