Tail Light Differences

I have a crack/hole in one of my tail lights on my truck, I was looking at replacement aftermarket tails, but noticed many of them say they fit the 3500, but not the dually. Does anybody know what the difference is between the fleet side and dually in terms of tail lights?

2015 +up GMC dually trucks share Chevy tail lights because the Chevy and GMC dually trucks share beds, so you need to shop for Silverado tail lights.

Are there any 1500/2500 tails that fit, or is it only dually tails that are interchangable? Do the 1500/2500 chevy tails fit in the gmc dually box?

2014+up 1500-3500 Chevy tails are the same as 2015+up GMC dually tails.

 

So to put it another way, GMC single rear wheel trucks and Chevy single rear wheel trucks have different tail lights (don't interchange) but Chevy single rear wheel and dual rear wheel, and GMC dual rear wheel trucks have the same tail lights (interchange).

 

Shop for the Chevy ones and pick your favorite you see.
