Stakehole tie downs

Just an FYI post, stake hole tie downs do fit 2014+ truck with some slight bending. The tie downs need a lip on the inboard and outboard side of the stake hole to grab onto. The inboard lip is there but the outboard lip needs a little bending to make sure the mounting plate of the tie down can fit behind the lip and mount flush.

 

I used Erickson # 01003 tie downs from Farm and Fleet I bought for $20. After you bend out the lip, some wiggling and the tie downs fit nice and snug

When I had a '14 I had a toolbox so the only stack holes I could put tie-downs was the rear ones which I could never find anything that fit since it's a different shape to be a hand hold for the bumper corner step.

I can't remember what brands I tried. ended up getting tie downs that clamp to the rails.
