Oil filter observation

'17 5.3 here. About 9,000 miles on it, at least half of which are towing my 2,100 pound car and 16' open trailer. Just completed my 3rd oil change. The first 2 I used Napa Gold filters, now on the 3rd i switched to OEM AC Delco. I've noticed while towing in this 100 degree weather, my hot idle pressures seem to be 2-3psi more, and my driving oil pressure from >3,000rpm are at least 5psi more, and the 3,500+ (highest flow stage) are 10+psi higher.
