New member in Doylestown, PA. I tow a 27 ft Coleman TT that probably weighs 7000#  loaded and snow plow with my 2005 Suburban 5.3L "the bus" that I have had since new and looking to get a new Silverado or Sierra 1500 5.3L crew cab with the max tow package in the not to distant future to have something new. Will be keeping the bus for plowing duties.

The 2005 has been a good truck and has worked hard with more than 60,000 towing miles between now the TT, a previous fish & ski boat, and a previous  20 ft enclosed car trailer.

Car for fun is an 05 Corvette that mainly sees street use, but is set up for the track with some mild suspension and engine mods, harness bar, and seats to accomodate a 5-point harness.

My Chevys have been good to me so I am going to get a new one soon.

Welcome!  Sounds like you have a good plan.  The Suburban sure has served well it seems.
