4.8 to 5.3 no spark but fuel.

well i changed engines noit knowing that there was a diffrence in motors. i later found out the engine codes were different. The truck had a 4.8 V code. The motor i put in came out of a Z code truck. The 4.8 ia a 2002 chevy 1500 V code. The motor was a 2000 Z code. there was no spark or codes on my OBDII hand held computer. We went and goit the PCM out of the 2000 truck. there is fire only on the right bank and seems like only one plug fires. there is good fuel pressure , just no codes or fire.
