2015 silverado Radio won't take XM presets

2015 Silverado. My link system.

Disconnected the battery yesterday for a few minutes. Since then, I can set AM and FM presets, but not XM. XM plays fine, but have to scroll to find stations. Is there something I'm missing?

I had issues with the xm not showing the channel i was on and also wasnt showing my presets all because of a bad battery. New battery went in and everything back to normal.

I just had the battery replaced a few months ago. No problems lately. It's just strange (to me) it takes AM and FM, but not XM. I have an appt with service next week, but was hoping it was just something simple I wasn't thinking of.

try unhooking the battery again for a few minutes and then reconnecting it.
