Question on 18 Silverado tuning?

Since the 18 8 speed trans can't easily be tuned, does anyone know if a Diablo i3 or other tuner can still adjust top speed governor and adjust for tire height?  Thanks.

Last I checked it can be tuned. What don't I know?

Well I found Vector motorsports will tune the TCM in the vehicle.  The i3 will do most of the basic stuff.

Hptuners but the 8speed control module needs to be flashed/unlocked. They offer this service.

Vector tunes the tcm while the tcm is in vehicle.
