Turn signal/brake/headlights/dash light problems

02 Silverado Z71. Out of the blue my right turn signal stopped working. Just “buzzed” like a bad relay. Left one has always worked fine. Hazards also stick “on” And don’t flash. I replaced the relay, no joy. A day later, it developed a second anomaly. The blinker and hazards would work, but it lights up my brake light as well. Also, my dash lights start flashing along with my blinker, one half at a time, alternating (airbag light and 4wd selector light together then alternates with cargo light and heat knobs). Stepping on the brakes also turn on my turn signal lamps, or my headlights (if auto headlights is turned off) depending on which version of anomaly I have at the time (day 1 or day 2. It changes randomly). Things I have changed: turn signal/hazard relay, turn signal switch, brake switch, tail light junction block, headlight switch. Through all of this, left blinker has always worked like a champ. I apprecite any helpful thoughts and comments.

All bulbs are good. My fear is that I’m chasing a bad ground...according to what I see from a wiring diagram, there are about 7 grounds in the lighting system. And I know that the ground doesn’t necessarily have to be bad at the terminal.

dual filament bulbs can have one end of a filament break and drop down and touch the other filament causing a short between systems, hence my suggestion to check all bulbs
