TBSS wheels on Silverado?

I came across a good deal on OEM TBSS wheels, now I know the TBSS wheels are a 6x5 and our trucks are 6x5.5 should I pass on them or go buy some adapters to make them fit?

I may be biased....
But I think they look great, but get some reps in the same design.2dbb4ca41dbc5d96667de09b8be37ea9.jpg175059b5bd1876849e74ffea8ef599ae.jpg

That .5mm is quite a difference. I’d have to test fit before I buy.

Oh... Sounds like he know he's going to need some adapters. Question is how thick the adapters will be and how much they will make tire stick out. I havent used adapters in over 10 yrs

I did a quick search and the adapters are 1.25" thick

That doesn't sound too bad.

I once did a 6 lug to 5 lug adapter and had zero issues.

Just be sure to do your resesrch on the adapters as far as type of metal and such.

I would pass. once you add the price of the adapters, which aren't all that safe,  you could almost buy a set of reproduction wheels with the correct lug pattern.

I agree... I'd not run adapters on a vehicle as heavy as a fullsize truck or really any car for that matter... There aren't rims cool enough to take on the safety risks of using adapters... I also think that rims that big with tires that skinny look ridiculous on any vehicle but, especially a pickup truck....
