Truck is dinging and no idiot lights or symbols on dash except V4 circled in green. What does this mean?

I think it means there’s not near enough info provided for anyone to be remotely helpful.

Board member, that is all there is.   Driving down the road and the truck is dinging and there is no indicator for anything except the V4 circled in green. That is the only thing out of the ordinary.  

 

Does that that make you feel more confident in being able to help?  The truck isn’t giving me any more than that to go on.

What model year?   Warranty?   Dinging = the open door with the key in ignition dinging?

My 2015.5 Duramax did something very similar off and on for about 2 weeks that was back in 2016 and it hasn't done it since.
